Many of you have been affected by the recent layoff within the MATANG employers (Meta, Google, Amazon, etc.).

Even if you have been affected by smaller employers, it makes no difference that you should still be mentally prepared before applying to many jobs in the hope that one would stick - resulting in an interview you are not ready for.

An employer will judge you by the tone of your anxious voice, which to them is a lack of confidence. If you are interviewing over the video, that's worst, as the interviewer will watch for your presentation skills (behavior) and communication.

Clear your mind. Do more happy things to get your zen back!
