App Updates: First up are some major app updates that change the way you can review cards inside of Skritter. Before, we grouped all of your reviews into a single button, which let you review cards from all the decks and textbooks you were learning from.

Of course, we had some filters inside of the review mode to help you filter if you liked, but based on feedback, we have added a review buttons INSIDE of decks. This lets you ONLY study from a single deck or textbook, which is great if you want a more focused study session or global reviews are becoming overwhelming.

What's more, we've also added a review button inside sections/chapters of a deck. This means you can filter down further, and only study the "what's up next" cards from a single section of a deck. This might be useful if you have a test for a textbook chapter, and you only want to study the vocabulary from a single chapter.

Next up are some new deck options that mean you can turn on/off certain card types (writing/reading (pinyin)/definition (English)/tone) on a per/deck level.

Before, we allowed you to turn off an entire card type category from your study settings, but sometimes, you might want to only deselect say writing cards from a single deck like HSK 6, where perhaps you only want to learn the tones, definition, and reading, and skip the writing - well now you can.

New Integration: You can now link your Skritter account with Maayot, which is an excellent reader app on iOS and Android. With Maayot, you can enjoy daily reading exercises accompanied by a convenient one-tap dictionary, audio tracks, and the option to test and learn new words.⁠
