Witnesses testifying at the hearing include CEOs of pharmaceutical companies including: Joaquin Duato, Johnson and Johnson CEO; Robert Davis, Merck CEO; Chris Boerner, Bristol Myers Squibb CEO; Peter Maybarduk, Access to Medicines director at Public Citizen; Tahir Amin, CEO of Initiative for Medicines, Access & Knowledge; and Darius Lakdawalla, director research at the University of Southern California Schaeffer Center.
