Perhaps in the 1980s-1990s that was true, but come the 'noughties, and the Lion was more of a lamb with a product line-up that lacked charisma, suffered from poor build quality and questionable design. But over the past few years, the brand has been pushing upwards with design and desirability. Yet their electric offerings have always fallen a little short when it came to offering class-leading range or new tech.
