GW4 Classic screen is recessed - therefore more durable but harder to use

AESTHETICS
Fossil is the only one to not ship with silicone straps
Galaxy looks nice, but strap shape is inconvenient
Galaxy: 40 or 44mm for GW4, 42 or 46mm for GW4 Classic

HEALTH & FITNESS
GW4 has body composition, ECG, step asymmetry, contact time, & advanced features
GW4 tracks more accurately
TWP3U had issues when I tested it (better with other apps, but TicExercise sucked!)
Fossil Gen 6 was accurate with HR but did not track the first ½ mile with GPS
