During the sacred month of Ramadan, as we come together with our families for abundant iftar feasts, let’s not forget that Rohingya refugees are grappling with the challenge of finding even a small meal to break their fasts.

They go hungry with no iftar. For them fasting has no end.

The CBB team’s direct experience with the Rohingya community has opened our eyes to their immense pain and suffering. This Ramadan, we aim to stand in solidarity with them and provide the support they desperately need.

More than a million Rohingya refugees have been driven from their homes in Myanmar due to severe ethnic cleansing and horrifying persecution of their community. Presently, Cox’s Bazar hosts one of the largest and most densely populated camps globally, with over 945,000 Rohingya refugees seeking shelter. Among them, half are children, underscoring the urgent need for attention and assistance in this humanitarian crisis.

CBB is on the ground distributing meal boxes to feed the Rohingya people and help them experience the joy of Iftar.
