In a perfect world 🤔Builders, Mason's and Electrician would know where the Meter sockets would land on a house that hasn't been built yet. Well we're not in that world, but I wished we were!
If your planning on building a house and have a sight plan drawn up. Talk to one of the utility companies sight engineer's to come up with a game plan on which side to bring the power in on. Then talk to the electrician about the best location for the meter socket and the load center in the residents ( before any concrete is poured in the footer.) This will save you some money and frustration to planning ahead for your next build.
