It's what we all do in the month of January. We tell ourselves we're going to do this or that and we have the best intentions and then what happens? We burn out. It's happened to me more times than I care to remember and in this short video, filmed while I was in the middle of the Las Vegas desert, I want to share with you what I feel is a realistic way to approach new resolutions and goals for the new year and beyond. It's not just about jumping on the treadmill and killing yourself in the gym and eating salads until you're miserable or want to collapse, it's about a practice in patience and striving for moderation and above all, making realistic plans that are achievable. This last tip is probably the most important. We need to be honest with ourselves and focus on small changes and that have big impact and through patience and perseverance these will have a longer lasting and greater impact, regardless of what your goals and objectives are. Remember to be kind to yourself and you will see the results that you are looking for.
Thanks for taking the time to watch this little video and I hope that it inspires you and here's to a wonderful year and decade ahead. :)
