During the last 18 months of pandemic restrictions and lockdowns in Victoria, Melton City Council has continued to deliver quality programs and services across the community. In doing so, our work has been recognised on a global scale by a range of organisations including UNESCO, an important achievement given the City of Melton was the first UNESCO learning city in Australia.

In this insightful video, learn about the experiences of a diverse range of Council staff as they reflect on the major challenges and opportunities during this time. These candid discussions will demonstrate the ‘look on the bright side’ approach our staff have taken in order to activate resilience and creativity within themselves as service providers and in our residents themselves.
