what I ate on Eds birthday! as I say multiple times throughout this video, I literally hate it, but I feel like I should upload something... so enjoy!

this video is not a full day of eating. I am trying to eat intuitively and honour my hunger, so I am constantly snacking and it would be impossible (and also disordered) to film absolutely every little thing I ate. like with any what I eat in a day style video, please don't compare yourself to me... im not longer experiencing extreme hunger as severely, but when I was I was eating a LOT more than this! also, I am weight restored now, and by listening to my hunger signals I am naturally maintaining my weight. every body is different, we all require different amounts of food, and we all have a different 'happy weight'
