Curious about what a doctor in their 40’s takes for supplements when trying to conceive? In this video I’m sharing the dosages of the supplements I’m taking to support my fertility and get pregnant on my own. I've been on many of these supplements ongoing, but if I wasn't, I would start a minimum of 3 months in advance (a year would be ideal). The herbs I mention will be discontinued when I try to become pregnant as they should not be continued through pregnancy because data is lacking on them.
