Walking into any MTR meeting room and dial into a Zoom or Webex meeting. Doesn't this sound normal? Even though it should be easy to join meetings ad-hoc, it often isn't. Joining third party meetings without thinking which room to invite, which tenant you are in, the email address you should ask the host to send the invite to, it's far from user friendly and people end up using their laptops to join meetings.
Now, Cisco MTR devices allow (with help of a little script) to join native Webex Meetings, initiate instant Webex meetings and join Zoom meetings via CRC (FullHD, content share, etc.) ad-hoc. So, don't worry about inviting the room anymore, simply walk into the room and dial into the meeting :-)
