The Ford Maverick pickup displayed by Truck Hero at The Work Truck Show was an impressive surprise thanks to ARE's DCU Max cap and Kargomaster's roof rack. The DCU Max opens the door to plenty of options including OEM color matching, Holman Kargomaster ladder rack, keyless entry through Ford's key fob, Rival LED lighting, shelving options and more. With the cap's lightweight aluminum design coming in at 150 lbs. and Kargomaster's rack nudging the scale at 35 lbs., it doesn't take that much of a bite out of the compact truck's max payload of roughly 1,500 lbs. The cap at the Truck Hero display was locked since most everyone, save for me and a few others, were attending NTEA's breakfast.
