The Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S 4matic+ Coupe may come with a lengthy name and a high £79k price tag, but it also brings with it a glorious AMG V8, premium luxury interior and a certain sense of style for a daily driver mini-SUV. This very much joins the pack as a contender for my future daily driver in Germany with both power and comfort on the agenda for cruising on the Autobahns. What do you think, should this be my choice?

With 510PS and 700Nm coming from the 4.0l biturbo V8 that we're familiar with from the AMG GT S, the top-spec variant of the GLC Coupe comes very highly equipped and finished. From tech features like steering and lane assist, 360 cameras and a Burmester sound system, to the finish of the interior and carbon fibre trim. However, the best 'feature' has to be the sound made from this engine and exhaust combination, as always AMG showing how to do it best!

Starting with a walkaround of the new car, before jumping in for a drive through the different modes and then wrapping up with a better view of the interior, let's take a full look around the new Mercedes and see what it's all about.

Thanks for watching, Tim
