Ford TSB 19-2041 Ford has now officially acknowledged that the defective dash they have used in the F-150 for four years is a problem. For all 2015 through 2019 XLT and XL F150 owners - check out the video and TSB to see if your truck has a warped dash. It’s time Ford pays for the problems we are living with. The MAJORITY of trucks sitting on dealer lots have this problem. Yes, you can buy a brand new 60K truck with a warped dash. Mine was warped brand new. The horrible 5.0, the whistle in the engine, the diesel like knock, the warped dashes, the excessive oil consumption. NOTE- this is a several thousand dollar part for them and it a 7 plus hour job. You’ll be without your truck for a while. Make sure the dealership has done a few of these and that they have a competent tech. You don’t want just anyone making this repair or I feel SURE you’ll own a rattle trap afterwards.
