देखिए, Neha आंखों के नीचे काले घेरे आने के कई reasons हो सकते हैं, इसमें सबसे पहला reason है कि अगर आपकी nutrition proper ना हो तो आंखों के नीचे काले घेरे बन सकते हैं, अगर आपकी नींद ना पुरी हो तब भी ये घेरे बन सकते हैं, अगर आप computer पे लंबे समय तक काम कर रहे हैं, 5 - 8 घंटे का काम कर रहे हैं तब ये घेरे बन सकते हैं।
तो basically आपको करना क्या है कि पहले तो अपनी आपको diet सुधारनी है, उसके बाद अगर आपका screen time बहुत ज्यादा है, computer पे लंबे समय तक काम कर रहे हैं तो आपको हर 20 या 30 मिनट में थोड़ा सा break लीजिए, आंखों को relax कीजिए और अपनी नींद को properly पूरा करीये, कम से कम 6 से 8 घंटे की नींद आपको लेनी चाहिए।
अगर इसके बावजूद भी काले घेरे ठीक नहीं होते तो आपको एक eye doctor से मिलना चाहिए वो carbon-dioxide Laser या फिर कुछ आजकाल chemical peels भी आ गई है वो लगा के आपके काले घेरों को ठीक कर सकते हैं।
