This will be the last in the series of Diamond cut and alloy repair videos. In this video I simplify the process and try and keep it as DIY as possible to still achieve pro results!

Sending your wheels away and having them Re Diamond cut is very expensive and you will loose your vehicle for several days.

To anyone who does bodywork and Smart Repair, who would like to advance into wheels... these are a very popular service to offer your clients.

Using a Rotary Polisher, 180, 320 and 400 grit sanding discs, removing the old finish. This is shown in a simple way in the video.

In the Video I offer two options. Option 1 is to do some wet sanding to refine and then polish as a finishing stage. This offers a very mirror like, polished look to the wheel face.

Option 2 shows that after the 400 grit stage, a piece of dry scotch pad can be added to the backing plate to recreate that Polished Face Factory look!
