I'm so glad to be back! I'm looking forward to making healthier choices for myself & reflecting back on how these new choices could have better benefitted Rio.

Backstory, for the better part of the last year I've spent the majority of my days grieving the loss of Romies & Rio, who passed within 5 months of one another. I went into a fairly dark state of depression & most days couldn't find the strength to get out of bed. While my journey back to health & making good choices hasn't been an easy one, I did learn some things along the way that shaped my journey for the better & these things might help you, too. Today I'll share some things I wish I had known SOONER, to help me get out of the funk & simple changes around my house that have helped my own healing.
