Unit consists of a Stainless steel 304/316 quality Vessel with dish end bottom and 3 Support Pillars. Over the top is mounted 4 pillars with a top bracket. This bracket holds the homogeniser motor assembly. The main motor mounting plate is made from Cast steel which is machined and chrome plated to get the finish. There are parts like Mixing blade and shaft directly coupled to the drive motor using a bearing plate and coupling, All the material contact parts such as Mixing shaft, Blade unit, shaft support, blade enclosure casing, are made from stainless steel 304/316 quality machined and finished.
Mixing units come in various capacities from 2 liters, 10 liters, 20 liters, 50 liters, 100 liters, 200liters and above. In this, 50 liter capacity unit is considered as a medium capacity since from 10 liters to 50 liters batch can be easily mixed using this machine. Stainless steel blade is 4” diameter in size. The blade design is inverted teeth design with a particular degree fabricated rotating inside a casing to get uniform homogenised mixing during working. There are 4 support shafts attached on the blade casing. The blade is fixed at the lower bottom side inside a stainless steel casing with top side holed for product suction and the product after mixing is dispersed to the bottom thereby produce a uniform homogenized product. There is a speed control unit (VFD)provided with the unit as separate control panel, where a speed control knob and push button switch are provided to start, reduce or increase the speed of mixing. There is no splashing during the mixing is the speciality of our Mixer Unit.
A 1 HP Single phase to 3 Phase Motor is directly coupled with the unit with maximum speed of 1400 RPM, which has the capacity to run from 1 RPM to 1400 RPM with unchanged torque gives uniform mixing when the material is more or less in any case.
Operating this unit is very much simple. The material is poured into the vessel from the top and the unit is ready to do mixing. Now, you can start the machine by switching ON the Start button on the panel box and push button to start the drive. Make sure the connections to the mains are ON. Now, you may rotate the speed control knob clock-wise to increase the speed as per required. The mixer blade will mix the material from the sides and from top to bottom. It creates a vortex of product during mixing. Each mixing will take 10 -30 minutes as per the material to be mixed. The mixed material can be collected through the bottom ball valve.
