While we can't get the legendary Nissan Patrol in the USA, we can get the next best thing: the Infiniti QX80. Sadly Infiniti doesn't get all the rugged off-road bits you'll find in the Patrol world wide, but we do get a more stylish grille and the vast majority of aftermarket accessories will bolt right on. This is to the Patrol what teh Lexus LX is to the Land Cruiser, only in Infiniti is more comfortable and less expensive. There is just one SUV-sized problem: the Nissan Armada.
