Alicia is passionate about underrepresented talent rising to senior positions specifically within creative, marketing, and tech industries, and has supported over 100 black professionals with their job search .Alicia has been featured on platforms such as BBC Radio 1, Evening Standard, Tribe Urban Radio, and Women in CTRL, The Drum and more.
