I had some cabbages I wanted to harvest, and I decided to try making sauerkraut. I've never made it before, but it was really easy and really good. I want to see how sour it will get, so I'm going to leave the other jar to sit for a few more weeks while I put the open one into in the fridge. I can't wait to try some different recipes now.
