In this video I share my full Wash Day Routine!!! I never thought to include footage of me shampooing my hair in my previous videos because it’s so simple that I thought no one would be interested LOL. Someone requested a video of my wash day routine and I am so happy to share since healthy cleansing habits are a vital part of maintaining healthy hair.

Wash Day
1. Rinse hair with warm water
2. Lather a small amount of shampoo through hair while gently massaging scalp with fingertips
3. Rinse hair with warm water
4. Cleanse again
5. Rinse hair with warm water
6. Lather a small amount of conditioner through hair, cover hair with a conditioner cap and let conditioner sit for about 5 to 10 minutes for deep conditioning
7. Detangle hair
8. Thoroughly rinse hair with cool water
9. Use hands to wring out excess water
10. Style

Co-Wash Day
1. Rinse hair with warm water
2. Apply a small amount of conditioner through hair while gently massaging scalp with fingertips
3. Rinse hair with warm water
4. Co-wash again
3. Detangle hair
4. Thoroughly rinse hair with cool water
5. Use hands to wring out excess water
6. Style

Style: Wash and Go
1.. Use rosewater as a moisturizer
2. Apply jojoba oil to seal in the moisture
3. Apply shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie
4. Apply gel throughout hair using fingers and the palm of hands in a circular motion to define curls
4. Finger coil small sections to reduce frizz
5. Use the end of a rattail comb to lift and separate the curls so that there are no sparse areas
6. Re-wet edges with rosewater and use gel to smooth down edges.
