We follow 2 Rifles, one of the British Army's light infantry regiments as they deploy on Exercise Askari Storm in Kenya. The focus of this video, will be an experimentation phase, in which 2 Rifles will be trialing civilian vehicles to see just how agile a modern infantry force can be.

As their training progresses, we hear from Riflemen, Platoon Commanders and the OC to determine how they are finding their new environment.

The training culminates in a Company level dawn raid on an enemy position.

Join Darren and Joe as they navigate 21st century soldiering in extreme heat, while getting all the best views thanks to the RAF and their trusty Puma helicopters.
