FUNFETTI CUPCAKE

Ingredients:
1 egg white, large
6 Tbsp all-purpose flour
¼ tsp almond extract
½ tsp baking powder
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 big pinch salt
3 Tbsp sprinkles
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup neutral oil
4 Tbsp butter, unsalted
1 Tbsp heavy cream
2 Tbsp sour cream
1 pack cream cheese
Food coloring

How-to:
1. Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt) in one bowl
2. Mix wet ingredients (egg, heavy cream, sour cream, oil, vanilla) in another bowl
3. Combine dry and wet ingredients. Add sprinkles.
4. Bake
5. For icing: Mix butter, vanilla, salt, cream cheese. Slowly add powdered sugar.

PUFF PAINT ACTIVITY

Materials:
1 cup flour
¼ cup baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
Food coloring
1 bowl
Condiment bottles
Paper
Microwave

How-to:
1. Combine flour, baking soda, salt in a bowl
2. Add water and make sure there are no clumps
3. Pour into condiment bottles
4. Add food coloring
5. Use as paint
6. When the artwork is done, put it in the microwave and heat at 15 second intervals until paint is puffed up
