In this video I introduce Shape Cast! This is a web app that lets you take a profile sketch of a pot and automatically generates all of the the files needed to 3D print a mold for plaster which you can then slip cast in. It's based on the software I've been working on recently in my plaster deep dive series.

I show how Shape Cast works and walk trough using Inkscape to create a profile.
