ULI member, Adam Weers, shares why he believes the UrbanPlan for Public Officials Workshop is an important tool for ULI and local communities to build trust and better partnerships for shaping communities. The interactive workshop is a team building exercise for elected and appointed officials to step into the shoes of a developer to tackle the tradeoffs and dynamics at play in the real estate development process.
