Both Castle Peak and Cave of Munits are both considered to be important cultural sites for the Chumash people. Both sites are really special so please treat them with respect.

A challenging 2.5 mile loop takes you to the top of Castle Peak. You can make a pitstop and visit the incredible Cave of Munits.

Both are located on what was of Rancho El Escorpion, once part of the San Fernando Mission lands.
