Coffee Talks | How I Build Self- Confidence | 3x Tips That Helped Me

Hope you are all doing well! I was out in Joshua Tree by myself this past weekend and it really got me thinking about my emotions and thoughts. It’s such a peaceful and quiet place where I can reset my mind and slow down for a little, which is hard for me to do. I can already tell having this place is going to do a lot of good for my mental health.

I wanted to chat with you about confidence in this video because I feel this is a very important topic that many of us have or are struggling with. There are so many things that we aren’t in control of in our lives, but self-confidence we are. How you feel is a direct result of your state of mind! If you are negative, you’ll feel down and like everything is going wrong. If you are positive, you’ll feel gratitude, love and joy. I really wanted to share with you how I have dealt with and changed this in my personal life.

Confidence isn’t something that naturally comes or we are born with, even I have to build and work on it every day! It’s all part of learning to believe in yourself and stopping those limiting beliefs. Here I have given you 3x big tips that go a little bit deeper than just positive self talk and have helped me so much.
