Bobbi Sparks is Sheldon’s bully. She’s also a 6 year-old girl that lives next door! After Sheldon’s dad goes over to Bobbi’s house to confront the bully, Bobbi goes over and terrorizes Sheldon. Since Bobbi is a girl, Sheldon pays Missy to stop Bobbi from bullying him.
