During pregnancy, women are often bombarded with nutrition information - specifically talking about what NOT to eat. However, I wanted to switch it up and talk about foods you should seek out during pregnancy, rather than avoid.
Despite popular belief, a plant-based pregnancy can totally meet your needs, without the addition of animal products. So today, I'm sharing 5 of my top foods for a plant-based pregnancy!
