Wait 10 minutes.
Oatmeal 4 tbsp.
100g cheese.
2 eggs.
Pepper.
Mix.
In the oven/20 minutes/180°C/360°F.

Nuts 50 g.
Vanillin.
Avocado oil.
In the oven 200°C/400°F/30 minutes.

Stir and add a little water if necessary.
