911 audio, Denver Police Department body cam footage and video from a city-owned surveillance system, all provided by the Killmer, Lane & Newman law firm, detail a May 7 incident outside a Safeway store in Denver, where attorney David Lane says police held Naphtali Israel's three stepchildren at gunpoint and later handcuffed and detained him because they'd received a 911 call about a black man in a car with a gun. Israel did not have a gun.
