The Feliciano School of Business is excited to announce a brand new concentration! Our new Strategic Human Capital Management undergraduate concentration program will be available starting in the fall 2023 semester.

This new concentration focuses on the development of foundational human resource management knowledge combined with applied human resources analytics skills. You will learn how to hire, train, and evaluate employees among many other useful HR skills.

Course instruction in this program is supplemented with two lab courses in which you will be learning how to use ADP’s real-world human resource information systems (HRIS) software. Partnering with a corporate HR leader, this program is the first of its kind in New Jersey and will provide you with a unique body of knowledge that is highly sought by employers. ADP’s HR software is used by over 900,000 companies all around the world. Knowing how to use this software to improve HR abilities in organizations will enable you to stand out among other job applicants.
