After my experience I took away two major things, they will lie to you and have terrible logistics for their fleet of vehicles. I was told different statuses from sales, logistics, and their tracking portal. Along with that, I encountered a very rude customer service agent, although I also experienced some who were helpful.

In the end, given the amount of overhead to buy a car and headache they caused, I would never recommend anyone try them. You're much better sticking with a local dealer where you will end up with a vehicle after you finance or make a payment.
