Ingredients:
- 120g sugar
- 35g cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 400g greek yogurt
- 40g cookies
Step by step:
Mix sugar, cornstarch and a pinch of salt.
Add two eggs and stir to combine.
Add 400 grams of yogurt.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan.
Cook over medium-low heat.
Stir the mixture to prevent it from burning.
Once bubbles appear, cook for another 30-60 seconds.
Spoon the cream into a mold and leave to cool to room temperature.
Then place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
While the cream is cooling, chop 40 grams of cookies.
Take the cream out of the fridge and sprinkle over the cookies.
