Last year as part of Shanghai Disneyland’s 5th anniversary celebration, the park debuted an all-new nighttime spectacular called Illuminate, replacing Ignite the Dream.

Fun Facts:

This show is the first show to utilize the strobe lights on Storybook Castle which were added during construction.

This show used most of Ignite the Dreams technology with new additions like new lighting affects all around Fantasyland.

This show uses a mixture of low-level pyro and big shell fireworks.

This is the very first time that Marvel has been included in a Disney show.
