It doesn't matter 1 minute or 1 hour it's when Allah wills the cure. jJust have proper niyah and conviction and good thoughts of Allah don't be impatient in your duas I myself am guilty of this I had to correct myself.

The Prophet (SAW) said: “You will be answered so long as you are not in a hurry and say, 'I made dua but I did not receive a response. '” Instead of being impatient, think positively and have faith and hope that Allah will make a way out for you
