Panicking over difficulties and calamities only makes things worse. A beautiful lesson for this time of pandemic. Make sure to share it with all your loved ones just to enlighten their souls and carry away some burden of anxiety they are carrying without sharing much with anyone.
May Allah remove all your pains, worries and bring you great happiness in this life & eternal in the hereafter. May He be please with your righteous deeds and with all the efforts you put forward to make this world a better place for His creation. Ameen

Hadith for today:
Narrated Abdullah bin Amr: I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) saying, “Allah will not deprive you of knowledge after he has given it to you, but it will be taken away through the death of the religious learned men with their knowledge. Then there will remain ignorant people who, when consulted, will give verdicts according to their opinions whereby they will mislead others and go astray.”
Sahih Al-Bukhari – Book 92 Hadith 410

Here is a brief Biography of Shaykh Hamza Yusuf:

Sheikh Hamza Yusuf Hanson is one of the most influential Islamic figures in the Western world. He is seen as one of the foremost authorities on Islam outside of the Muslim world. He is a co-founder and current President of the Zaytuna College in Berkeley, California, the first and only accredited Muslim liberal arts college in the USA. He converted to Islam in 1977 when he was only 17 and spent many years studying Arabic, Islamic jurisprudence and philosophy with some of the Muslim world’s most prominent and well-respected teachers. He spent most of his time in the UAE and then Mauritania, where he met and lived with one of his closest teachers, Sheikh Murabit Al-Hajj. He returned to the USA in 1987 and studied nursing before transitioning to a full-time Imam at the Santa Clara Mosque.

He has been the inspiration for a whole generation of English-speaking Muslims to study Arabic and Islamic sciences. He has taught and inspired many of them to become teachers in their own right, and more importantly help forge a confident and faithful Islamic identity in the troubling times of the 21st century.
