This is the original (unrestored) part of the Great Wall of China. It's known as the Jiankou section. I walked from "Beijing Knot" to "Zhengbeilou". I was blown away by this. The wall, taken over by nature, wraps around the mountainous landscape like Jormungandr (The Midgard Serpent). It was a sight to behold.
