1 cup oatmeal and 2 apples. Healthy diet cake in 5 minutes! No sugar, no flour.

Recipe 1
1 cup oatmeal.
2 apples.
100 ml water.
1 banana.
2 eggs.
80 g cranberries.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
Grease with butter.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
30g walnuts.
40g oat flakes.
1 banana.
120ml water.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
Recipe 3
1 cup oatmeal.
3 TBSP. Yogurt.
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Provencal herbs.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 eggs.
1-2 tomatoes.
Mozzarella cheese.
Avocado oil.
Fry on both sides until done.
Recipe 4
120 g oat flakes.
250 ml warm milk.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
2 bananas.
2 tablespoons cocoa.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
2 eggs.
50g walnuts.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
80g dark chocolate.
