In the video we outline Geomagic Control X, metrology software for inspections using scan data. We review how to open and import data, align mesh data to CAD data, and how to create and edit an inspection report. Follow along to see how we set up datums and create a variety of dimensions using the smart dimension tool. Control X also has built in GD&T that is very powerful, especially for tightly controlled parts. This is a must see for anyone new to scanning or inspection.
