Opening a Sourdough Bakery - PART 2

Here comes an update from our Sourdough Bakery in Denmark. This is a part two from our silent ASMR movie "Opening a Sourdough Microbakery" that got a lot of hits. A lot has happened since then and our skills in the craft has developed a lot. The bakery has only been running for 6 month as of the release of this video. Before that we only did pop-ups and "Simpel Sourdough" was a part time job next to being chefs.

This video will be a talk about the current situation of the bakery and what we are focused on. Peter is giving you some interesting updates and answering some questions about the business and is also giving an updated tour of the bakery.
