WHATS UP YOUTUBE!

You know, its been 3 months since I posted a video and its felt like an eternity. There has been plenty I've been working on but YouTube burnout is real, and I just needed to take a break from editing video every week. Its a hard grind for small time youtubers like myself.

Anyways, I invested in another flip project and I'm excited to share the journey with you all again. As my skills evolve and our project needs change, these videos will change as well. This flip series will focus more on the planning, design, and process of renovating a house more so than the nuts and bolts of renovation work itself. Its definitely a different challenge for me since I like to get my hands dirty, but its a necessary step in my evolution as a home building and designer.
