《King Oyster Mushroom Roll》
"Vegan Chicken Rolls" are made with king oyster mushrooms, the mushroom meat is thick and plump, tender and juicy, rolled with tofu and vegetables, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, it looks and tastes so much like fried chicken roll!

Ingredients:
King oyster mushroom 300g, firm tofu 100g,
carrot 30g, green pepper 30g,
mushrooms stir-fry sauce ½tbsp, soy sauce ½tbsp,
white pepper ⅛tsp, sesame oil ½tsp,
cooking oil ½tbsp, salt ¼tsp, white pepper ¼tsp,
all-purpose flour 50g, nutritional yeast ½tbsp,
water 120ml, sweet potato starch,
sriracha sauce 1tbsp, rice vinegar 1 tbsp
