From the moment they landed in Manila, it was a non-stop immersion into deliciousness – the crispy, succulent lechon, the tangy warmth of sinigang, the satisfying sizzle of sisig. The pristine shores of Boracay welcomed us with open arms, and the unique landscapes of Bohol, with its chocolate-colored hills and wide-eyed tarsiers, left us in awe. Siquijor offered a touch of mystique with its lush jungles and playful monkeys. El Nido was pure island paradise, where speedboats whisked us to hidden lagoons and the turquoise waters sparkled under the sun. Sadly, all good things must end, but not without a final taste of Filipino sweetness – the creamy, fruity layers of mango graham.
