Month after month there are a raging infernos around Magnolia County and the residents are getting sick of it. Two farmers - Darrell and Kerry Sue Williams - have made it a mission to ensure that the county gets the aerial fire protection that it so desperately needs.

Unfortunately for them, the county board doesn't take them seriously until they organize a large-scale demonstrate at a board meeting to ensure that their voice is heard. They'll get the vote that they want, but the outcome isn't necessarily what they were hoping for...

In this episode, we're going to build larger city services to fulfill the needs for a growing community. This will include a Fire Station, Police Headquarters, and Welfare Office. We'll upgrade the Fire station with a Disaster Response Unit and get Fire Helicopters flying throughout the county.

We'll also build a new neighborhood, improve overall connectivity, add communications coverage, and name a BUNCH of neighborhoods based on YOUR feedback.
