Now what makes it special is that the car did that 30(!!) Times in a row without breaking a sweat. At this level of performance, high temperatures and strain on components it is truly astounding.

This 1070BHP monster can accelerate from 0-196mph in less than 13 seconds. To put it into perspective a 1.1-litre version of the Ford Fiesta, Britain’s best-selling car, takes 13.8 seconds to reach 62mph.

One of the Mclaren Speedtail’s most notable features are the huge rims on its 20 inch front wheels and unlike the ones on your Polo, they're not just for show. In fact, they sit in a fixed position as the tires rotate smoothing the airflow where it usually get dragged and sending it upwards towards the radiators at the back of the car.
