With a couple of days to explore Tokyo on my own, I went in search of some hidden gems slash underrated neighborhoods.

Day 3 is yet another neighborhood that's completely walkable: Kichijoji is known as one of the trendiest neighborhoods to visit. The Ghibli Museum is nearby and so is Inokashira Park, which has a small zoo. There are a lot of quirky shops to browse through and especially if you like vintage wares like me.
