Are you aware of your habitual, unconscious, and toxic thoughts? What we think, we become. Our feelings, words, and actions become our reality. Meditation isn’t just about inner peace - it’s about building our intuitive capacity while responding to life with curiosity and possibility. Mara Branscombe believes in the power shaping one’s life though “present moment response” over a “habitual reaction”. Teaching meditation and yoga for over 20 years, Mara has discovered that anyone can heal and activate a joyous, intuitive life through daily mindful practice.
